CLEMENTINE

The fruit is orange in full ripeness, no seeds, average weight about 100 gr. It peels very easily, releasing the typical citrus smell given by the essential oils contained in the peel. Clementines are among the most consumed fruits in the autumn - winter period thanks to their excellent organoleptic characteristics, in particular the high content of vitamin C.

It is known that the regular consumption of clementines can satisfy the daily requirement of vitamin C for an adult.

 The typical sweet and sour taste is given by the high sugar content and low acidity content, the wedges are easily divisible and rich in juice, ideal for juices and is widely used in cooking and in the preparation of jams.
