The fruit is orange in full ripeness, no seeds, average weight about 100 gr. It peels very easily, releasing the typical citrus smell given by the essential oils contained in the peel. Clementines are among the most consumed fruits in the autumn - winter period thanks to their excellent organoleptic characteristics, in particular the high content of vitamin C.
It is known that the regular consumption of clementines can satisfy the daily requirement of vitamin C for an adult.
