When we talk about vegetables we refer to a vast grouping of edible products of vegetable origin, classified according to the portion of the plant that is going to be consumed. Vegetables cover a very important share of food diets, they represent a natural source of fiber and vitamins. Cultivation aims to protect the environment, the water resource and the health of the consumer through sustainable agronomic techniques.
